Every BalikyBayan Box delivery is strictly scheduled and is shipped by durable freighters that can withstand the bulk of deliveries and harsh weather conditions. Rest assured, the boxes are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Packing Instructions
Please follow the 6 instructions below to ensure your BalikBayan Box is delivered as efficiently as possible without any delays. If you have any further questions about new freight charges, please refer to our Facebook page for further information or our FAQ Page.
1. Securing your Box
All balikbayan boxes should be well secured with the use of PACKING TAPE ONLY.
NOT ALLOWED
- ELECTRICAL TAPE
- DUCT TAPE
- STRAPS
- ROPE
Any box secured with anything listed above may cause damage to the boxes and take up extra space.
2. Declaring Contents
All box contents must be declared on the Bill of Lading. Please DO NOT simply write “Personal Effects” and not exceed 60 KG per BOX. PLEASE READ the Terms and Conditions, which are found on the back of the Bill of Lading, for further clarification.
3. Write in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS
Ensure to write or print in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS the name and address of the recipient, the sender, on the box and on the Bill of Lading.
4. Writing of Box Number
You MUST write your box number. This can be found at the top right-hand corner of the Bill of Lading form printed in red.
5. Complete Bill of Lading forms
To ensure fast delivery, provide CLEAR and COMPLETED details of senders and the recipient. Bill of Lading forms must be signed by the senders. Any incomplete forms will be put on HOLD until all forms have been completed.
6. Collection Day and Collection Deadline
Customers have 7 Collection Days to either have our team pick up their balibayan boxes or for you to drop them off at our warehouse before the Collection Deadline. Shipments will be sent out after Collection Days.
